Chef Lok started with Kris Parikh at the opening of the first Mint Indian Bistro in 2008. He has been instrumental over the last 16 years in building the success of the Mint group of restaurants and in its successful expansions throughout the intervening years. He has served as Head Chef for all location and is responsible for implementing preparation of all catering orders for Las Vegas Casino/Hotels, ranging in size from a few hundred to more than 15,000 patrons. Throughout the years, Chef Lok has been the backbone of Mint’s culinary endeavors.
