Versatile leader with 25 years of managing cross functional teams with last 16 years responsible for building Indian restaurant concepts from ground up starting in 2008. Passionate about building high performance teams, running and scaling operations and managing sustainable growth since inception. Currently oversees strategic growth of the restaurant group, mentor team members to improve soft and professional skills & focuses on continuous improvements through systems, processes and training to provide consistent food quality and excellent service experience to patrons. Started out as a 3-member team in 2008 to 70+ team members across six locations in the Las Vegas valley.
