Mukesh joined Mint Indian Bistro in 2020 & is responsible for Supply Chain & Logistics for all locations. Ordering high quality raw materials in bulk at negotiated price while controlling costs, by training front and back of House Leaders to control inventory. He manages delivery logistics for all incoming raw materials and outgoing client orders including prepared meal for casinos and local hotel properties. He also is also responsible for buying and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC & commercial auto fleet. A result-oriented leader focused on driving sales and profitability in highlyvcompetitive markets.
