Satish joined Mint Indian Bistro in 2020 as a front-of-house lead server. Satish has over 12 years of experience managing front-of-house operations in the restaurant industry. He currently oversees the entire operation at Divine Dosa & Biryani. He also manages the centralized purchasing of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for all locations. Satish began his career in the restaurant industry as a team leader at Fusions of Flavors Restaurant in Dubai, managing all aspects of the restaurant operations. He then served as a lead waiter for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line International. Prior to joining Mint, he was a restaurant manager in Los Angeles for the Yellow Chili Restaurant.
